Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate foundational knowledge of claims handling and develop proficiency in tasks.
• Apply core concepts under supervision while building confidence and expertise.
• Contribute to fair, timely resolution and service excellence.
• Handle assignments of minimal to moderate complexity within limits of authority.
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment in investigation and resolution.
• Collaborate with SIU on complex or questionable claims when needed.
