Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, LLC (ICE) invites you to apply for the Construction Engineering and Inspection Intern position for Summer 2027 in South Carolina. This 12-week CEI internship focuses on road, bridge, and utility projects with guidance from senior engineers, offering hands-on field and documentation experience.

Formación

• Enrollment in an accredited civil engineering program (junior or senior preferred)
• GPA 3.5 or better desired
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card required
• Valid driver's license with clean 3-year record
• Prior internship preferred but not required
• Strong computer skills including MS Office
• Good oral and written communication skills desired
• Strong organization and planning skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsabilidades

• Assist with monitoring, testing and conformance of client/contractor work on various projects to ensure plans and specs met
• Perform CEI inspection activities under supervision of a senior engineer
• Ensure materials and procedures comply with DOT standards
• Record daily construction inspection notes for CEI document management
• Assist engineers with development of spreadsheet tools
• Copy and scan project drawings
