Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Enrolled in an accredited college Civil Engineering or related program (Junior/Senior preferred).
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Prior internship preferred.
• AutoCAD experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Demonstrated research skills and resourcefulness.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Interest in learning and thriving in a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring, testing and conformance on projects.
• Perform inspection activities supervised by a senior engineer.
• Ensure materials and procedures meet DOT standards.
• Record daily CEI notes for documentation.
• Assist with development of spreadsheet tools.
• Copy and scan project drawings.
• Support other duties as assigned.
