• Pay: $14.50-$16.50 per hour

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school graduate or equivalent, or enrolled in at least 2 years of child development coursework approved by state licensing
• Experience working with children, including at least two seasons as a Y Camp Counselor or similar
• Enthusiasm, humor, patience, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Ability to handle inappropriate behavior and recognize hazards
