Job Description
Brains and Motion Education is in search of experienced summer camp Instructors for our Summer Camp programs. If you love working with kids and have experience teaching classes or camps, this is an incredible opportunity for you. We provide our industry-leading curricula and all needed materials for a fun and engaging camp experience!

In this role, you will:

• Instruct and manage a group of up to 10-12 campers.
• Utilize your subject-specific expertise to bring curriculum to life.
• Ensure a fun and safe atmosphere that creates memorable experiences for all campers.
• Learn or utilize effective classroom management skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication skills to clearly communicate with both campers and their parents.
• Ability to recognize and resolve conflicts that may arise between campers.
• Ability to foster the personal growth of all campers and ensure a fun, safe, and welcoming environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a camp environment.
• Knowledgeable and passionate about coaching and teaching kids.
• Ability to work with kids in Grades TK-8.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass CORI and SORI background checks.
• Ability to lift and carry ~20-50 lbs. on an occasional basis with or without accommodations.
• Must be available Monday - Friday between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
• Available full-time for the entire duration of summer camp, starting as early as June and running through August 2024.
