Pediatrics Plus, a specialized pediatric healthcare provider, seeks a Director of Summer Camp in Conway to lead the Summer Camp program with a focus on therapeutically/developmentally aligned activities. You will model classroom management and ensure health, safety, and family engagement while guiding teachers, therapists, and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood, Elementary Education, Child Development or related field.
• Proven leadership experience, preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the Summer Camp program and build a strong Pediatrics Plus culture.
• Oversee classroom management, schedules, and health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support students.
• Develop Individual Treatment Plans and monitor progress as needed.
• Lead staff meetings, enrollment processes, and program audits.
