Pediatrics Plus in Conway, AR is seeking a Director of Summer Camp to provide strategic leadership for our therapeutic summer program and to foster a positive classroom culture. This role focuses on staff coaching, family engagement, and ensuring high-quality, developmentally focused activities.

You will manage schedules, health and safety compliance, budget adherence, and collaboration with teachers, therapists, and leadership to deliver an exceptional summer experience for children ages 5-18.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood, Elementary Education, Child or Youth Development, or related field.
• Proven leadership experience, preferred.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and audits.
• Strong communication with families and team.
• Knowledge of safety, regulation, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the Summer Camp program and uphold Pediatrics Plus culture.
• Oversee classroom management, health and safety, and behavior coaching.
• Ensure compliance with state guidelines and audits.
• Lead staff through meetings, trainings, and performance management.
• Collaborate with leadership for enrollment and caseload management.
