Job summary

Brains & Motion Education is seeking experienced Summer Camp Directors in Palo Alto, California to lead and manage our summer camp locations. As a Camp Director, you will oversee daily operations, supervise instructors, and ensure a safe and fun experience for all campers.

Qualified candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in similar roles, strong communication skills, and the ability to work full-time from June 15 to July 24, 2026.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a director or supervisory role in a camp or youth program.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior).
• Ability to lift and carry 20–50 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of assigned camp location.
• Supervise, mentor, and assist a team of instructors.
• Manage administrative tasks including emails and spreadsheets.
