iD Tech is seeking Summer Camp Directors to lead our campus programs for the upcoming season. The role emphasizes directing daily operations, mentoring an on-site team of instructors, and serving as the primary liaison between camp headquarters, parents, university personnel, and students.

You will help maintain a safe, inclusive, and high-energy camp culture that encourages hands-on learning and creativity.

Formación

• Demonstrated managerial or supervisory experience leading teams.
• Background working with children or teens (summer camp experience a strong plus).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Adaptability and sound judgment with a passion to inspire others.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day camp logistics from morning check-in to end-of-week showcases.
• Coach, mentor, and manage an on-site team of tech instructors.
• Act as the primary liaison between camp headquarters, parents, university personnel, and students.
• Maintain a secure, inclusive, and enthusiastic camp culture that fosters creativity and hands-on learning.
