Job summary

Roundup River Ranch is seeking a Summer Camp Administrative Assistant to support the Camp Administrative Manager and help run day-to-day operations of the seasonal program. This role is highly administrative with some opportunity to witness the impact of the mission.

The position involves coordinating volunteer orientation, camper arrivals and departures, handling mail, inventory, and light housekeeping while maintaining a positive camp culture.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support for volunteer orientation, camper arrival and departure.
• Manages daily mail, packages, and distributes camper mail.
• Performs general clerical tasks: printing, scanning, copying, and document creation.
• Assists with inventory across camp and departments.
• Supports Admissions, Cabin Life, and housekeeping duties as needed.
• Ensures cleanliness and readiness of spaces; handles routine housekeeping tasks.
