Roundup River Ranch is seeking a Marketing Assistant (Seasonal) to capture camp moments through photography and interviews, supporting the Marketing team from mid-May to mid-August. You will work 20-40 hours per week, with a mix of weekdays, weekends, and evenings, on site at the Gypsum, CO location.

The role requires photographing staff and campers, assisting with branded marketing content, and organizing media while ensuring consent restrictions are respected.

Qualifikationen

• Must be detail orientated.
• Ability to work on a Team.
• Must have the ability to walk, stand, sit, climb, kneel, crouch, stoop and stand.
• Ability to interact and work with campers and adults for content and photos.

Aufgaben

• Capture the joy of camp through photos, videos, magical moments, interviews, stories, and testimonials during Camp Programs and Special Events.
• Assist the Marketing Coordinator in photography needs for branded marketing/advertising photos (magazines, newspaper, website, brochures, impact report) and other marketing requests.
• Support the collection of marketing content by assisting with interviews, videos, quotes, and writing stories.
• Serve as a resource to the seasonal camp photographer as needed during camp sessions, where applicable.
• Work alongside volunteer photographers and the Marketing Coordinator to support photo organization and sharing throughout each Summer Camp session for
