Job summary

Roundup River Ranch seeks a Program Team Lead for our residential camp, reporting to the Program Director. This role guides large-group programming, coordinates weekly themes, and coaches Program Leaders to deliver our mission with safety and enthusiasm.

The position requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with 40+ hours per week during camp sessions, plus time off between sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of leadership experience with youth.
• Experience facilitating activities with youth or campers.
• Residential camp experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for the mission of the program.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-group programming and weekly camp theme initiatives.
• Coach Program Leaders through weekly check-ins and feedback.
• Coordinate staff and volunteer training for camp programming.
• Ensure activities are aligned with camp philosophy and safety policies.
• Act as lead Bus Chaperone and support camper transportation logistics.
• Manage program resources and paperwork on time.
