Job summary

FP Movement is seeking a Buying Intern for the Summer to support the performance buying team. Responsibilities include sample management, data entry, vendor communications, trend presentations, and report pulling. The program runs at the URBN Home Office in Philadelphia from 6/7 to 8/13.

Open to rising seniors. The internship offers exposure to senior leadership, intern events, and potential full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to prioritize projects and multitask.
• Basic understanding of retail math.
• Detail oriented with creative thinking.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Attend buying meetings on product selection, design and style.
• Support the daily buying area and assist the buyer on tasks.
• Research new products and trends within the assigned category.
• Manage samples and flow of merchandise.
• Learn the product lifecycle and buying’s role.
