Urban Outfitters invites rising seniors to join the Summer Internship as a Men's Buying Intern, focusing on the Men's team and related categories. The role supports buying functions and collaborates with design, merchandising, and marketing to inform seasonal product direction.

The program runs from early June to mid-August at our Philadelphia HQ, with exposure to leadership and potential full‑time opportunities for eligible interns after the program. Applications close October 30, 2026.

Qualifications

• Trend knowledge of UO customer and fashion trends across social media, street style, and retail.
• Strong time management: handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Adaptable, able to shift gears and learn quickly in a dynamic internship.
• Clear, professional communicator able to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Trend analysis + product support: research trends to inform seasonal directions.
• Data + customer feedback analysis: interpret sales data and reviews to identify popular styles.
• Sample management + organization: track, label and organize product samples for fittings and shoots.
• Cross-functional + vendor communication: coordinate with design, buying, and marketing; liaise with vendors.
