Job summary

Urban Outfitters is seeking a Women's Apparel Buying Intern for the Summer, supporting the Women's Apparel buying function and the Men's team with trend analysis, data review, and sample management. The program runs at URBN’s Philadelphia home office from 6/7 to 8/13, and is open to rising seniors pursuing undergraduate degrees.

The internship includes exposure to senior leadership, vendor communication, and a project requiring a Trend Concept Board (3–5 trends for Fall 2027).

Qualifications

• Rising seniors (current undergraduate juniors) only
• Strong interest in fashion trends and UO customer
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Trend analysis + product support: research trends across social media, retail, and pop culture to inform seasonal directions
• Data + customer feedback analysis: interpret sales data and reviews to spot popular styles and opportunities
• Sample management + organization: track, label and organize product samples for fittings and photoshoots
• Cross-functional + vendor communication: collaborate with design, buying, and marketing, and communicate with vendors to keep projects on track
