Job summary

Anthropologie is seeking Buying Interns for a Summer program across Accessories, Shoes, and Beauty. Interns will support daily operations within designated buying areas and help manage merchandise flow, learning cross-functional collaboration with market, distribution, design, and production teams.

The URBN program is paid, runs 6/7–8/13 at our Philadelphia Home Office, and targets rising seniors. Interns complete a trend concept board project and participate in a structured interview process.

Qualifications

• Must exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Open samples and distribute to Buyer for review.
• Organize sample areas and manage samples for style-outs and meetings.
• Coordinate with Buyer/Associate Buyer for sample quantities for web turnover, press previews, and meetings.
• Check mail and deliver to Assistant Buyer.
• Take photos and manage picture packs for items.
