Job summary

Anthropologie is seeking Summer Buying Interns for our Apparel categories to support daily operations, trend research, and cross-functional collaboration with market and internal partners in Philadelphia. Open to rising seniors and current undergraduates at URBN brands, with a paid internship running June 7 to August 13, 2027 at the Home Office.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant undergraduate degree in Buying, Merchandising, Business, Fashion, Design or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Ability to identify trends and understand customer wants to inform product decisions.
• Curiosity, creativity and an eye for product with enthusiasm for Anthropologie brand.
• Analytical mindset with interest in how sales and insights inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Open packages and distribute to the appropriate Buyer for review.
• Organize sample areas and manage sample setups for style-outs and meetings.
• Coordinate web turnover, press previews and other meetings with Buyer.
• Request appropriate number of samples and communicate vendor feedback.
• Support mail, email, and general communications for the buying team.
• Capture and maintain product photos and documentation for reference.
