Job summary

JM Family Enterprises, Inc. invites college students to join the College Internship Program for a hands-on summer experience.

You will actively contribute to our team, learn about JM Family’s companies and culture, and gain new skills through learning opportunities, networking events, and more. As a Business Technology Intern, you will support technology modernization initiatives, contribute to system testing, data analysis, and documentation while collaborating with business and technology

Qualifications

Enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or other degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university.
Preferred fields: IS, CS, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, SWE, CS engineering, IT or related field.
Must have completed at least one semester of coursework.

Responsibilities

Execute IVR and Contact Center test scripts during SIT and UAT activities.
Document testing results, identify defects, and assist with validation of outcomes.
Participate in defect review meetings and support issue investigations for telephony systems and processes.
Support reporting requirements gathering, report development, and testing activities.
Contribute to projects by documenting work, communicating progress, and supporting business process and system docs.
