Job summary

The full-time internship runs May 24, 2027 through July 30, 2027, with opportunities to learn about JM Family’s culture and core values while supporting technology modernization initiatives. As a Business Technology Intern, you will help with system testing, defect management, reporting, data analysis, and documentation while collaborating with business and technology

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a bachelor’s, master’s, or degree-seeking program.
• Preferred fields: Information Systems, CS, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, SWE, IT.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time during program and meet dates.
• Able to document testing results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Execute IVR and Contact Center test scripts during SIT and UAT.
• Document testing results and record defects.
• Participate in defect review meetings and issue investigations.
• Support reporting requirements and testing activities.
• Document work and assist with process documentation.
