Job summary

The Cincinnati Insurance Companies are seeking undergraduate interns for multiple business operations roles for Summer 2027 at our corporate headquarters in Fairfield, OH. Hybrid work options are available in select departments, with eligibility varying by role and policy.

Starting pay is $18 per hour, and candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. Preference given to those enrolled full-time and pursuing diverse majors.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student (2nd year or above preferred).
• Collegiate transcripts required (unofficial acceptable).
• Cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Must be able to work up to 40 hours per week; hybrid schedule eligible.

Responsibilities

• Assist with business activities and processes.
• Participate in team meetings, presentations, and projects.
• Research emerging trends, data analysis, and evaluate options.
• Generate reports, promotional/educational materials, and other work products.
• Serve internal and external customers.
• Participate in an introductory insurance class(es).
• Engage with different departments to understand our corporate structure.
• Interact with leadership and experienced associates.
• Participate in group and individual projects.
