Job summary

Ideal candidates are full-time undergraduates (junior or senior) or Master's students majoring in I/O Psychology, with 25 hours/week availability, a GPA of 3.0+, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a full-time undergraduate (junior or senior) or Master's student at an accredited college/university.
• Major in I/O Psychology or closely related discipline.
• Understanding of Learning ROI, basic design/consulting principles, and organizational development.
• Collegiate transcripts required (unofficial acceptable).
• In good academic standing (GPA 3.0+ preferred).
• Able to work at least 25 hours per week; Hybrid schedule eligible.

Common Duties

Starting Pay:

Begins at $18 per hour and is based on the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Candidates should have the ability to work in the United States for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship. Our company is not currently hiring interns for this role if they will need sponsorship at any time in the future, including Optional Practical Training (OPT) or Curricular Practical Training (CPT).
