A well-known asset management firm is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student for a full-time summer internship with their Asset Management team in Birmingham, Alabama. This position offers exposure to various aspects of asset management and operations, including coordinating vendor installations and planning pre-leasing operations. Candidates should be actively enrolled in a relevant degree program with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Design or a related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of reading construction plans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with construction and operation teams to oversee vendor installations.
• Help plan and execute a preleasing operational office.
• Conduct research and analyze potential opportunities and vendors.
• Develop and enhance existing operational tools and procedures.
• Participate in the planning and design of projects.
• Support the innovation of LIV asset management efforts.
