Job summary
Link Logistics Real Estate (Link) offers a 10-week paid summer internship across multiple departments, including Asset Management, Capital Markets, Development, FP&A, Investments, Leasing, and more. Current juniors or rising seniors pursuing real estate finance, real estate development, business, economics, accounting, finance, mathematics, or civil engineering are invited to apply.

Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in real estate finance, real estate development, business, economics, accounting, finance, mathematics, civil engineering or a related field.
- Strong interest in commercial real estate, preferably industrial real estate, and real estate investing; no formal experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Support the leasing team by performing analytical work related to leasing activity, market trends and asset-level strategy.
- Participate in broker meetings and evaluate leasing strategies, lease restructuring opportunities and sale-leaseback analysis.
- Partner with Asset Management, Property Management and Construction Management teams to understand Link’s assets and support portfolio-level initiatives.
- Assist full-time analysts and associates with underwriting, due diligence, closing processes and other investment-related analyses.
- Conduct ad hoc analytical projects connected to operating and growing a large industrial real estate portfolio.
- Gain market exposure by working with listing brokers to discuss market conditions, evaluate opportunities and support business plan strategy.
