SitusAMC is offering a summer Asset Management Intern position in Atlanta, GA. The 11-week program runs from June 1 to August 14 with a hybrid arrangement requiring three days in the office each week.

You will analyze loan documents, assist in credit recommendations, build financial analyses in Excel, and participate in two capstone projects. Students pursuing finance/real estate degrees will gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.

Qualifications

Pursuing an undergraduate degree in finance, real estate, or related field.
Demonstrable interest in commercial real estate.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational and project/time-management skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and business writing skills.

Responsabilités

Analyze loan documents and investment committee memoranda; review deal structure, fund flow, economics and servicing requirements.
Assist in preparing and presenting credit recommendations needing lender approval (extensions, draws, consents, and lease approvals).
Gather market data and financial statements; maintain rent rolls; prepare asset-level reports in Excel (cash-flow, variance, budget).
Build and perform LTV, debt yield, and DSCR analyses.
Review draw requests including construction, TI/leases, and capex.
Monitor ongoing portfolio updates (extensions, modifications, upsizes, collateral reviews, closings).
Participate in two projects: a team project and a capstone final project.
