Job summary

The Inland Real Estate Group LLC is seeking a motivated Intern to join our Institutional Platform team for 10-12 weeks this summer. You will gain hands-on experience in asset and portfolio analysis and exposure to institutional investment strategies and financial markets.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
Must be a junior at application time.
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with financial modeling and data visualization helpful.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with asset and portfolio performance analysis, including risk and return metrics.
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
Conduct market research and gather data to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate on portfolio optimization projects and investment strategy reviews.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data used in analysis.
