Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is offering a Management Internship in Birmingham, AL. You’ll gain hands-on experience in fleet management, customer service and marketing, learning from a team-driven group that supports your growth.

The role is paid at $15 per hour with a weekend rotation once a month and up to 25 hours weekly. Open to current seniors in a bachelor’s program graduating by May 2027, you’ll be exposed to real business challenges from day one and compete in projects with peers to earn

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Senior in your bachelor’s degree program scheduled for graduation no later than May 2027.
• Must have 6 months of sales, customer service, marketing or management experience.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• Must be able to work up to 25 hours per week, including a weekend rotation once a month.

Responsibilities

• Learn to run a fleet of vehicles and assist customers.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Potential eligibility for performance incentives and referral rewards.
