JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Chicago invites applications for a Summer Analyst in the Financial Advisor Development Program (FADP).

The nine‑week introduction prepares you for our Full‑Time program with hands‑on client work, industry training, and guidance from mentors and leaders who invest in your success during the internship. You will study for the FINRA SIE exam, participate in group projects and shadow peers while developing core advisory skills and a service‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• A well‑rounded academic background with an interest in providing exceptional client service and financial advice.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Relevant internship experience or leadership in school or community organizations.
• Motivation to pursue the FINRA SIE and a career in financial advising.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently, building relationships over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Learn fundamentals of working with clients in a service‑oriented role.
• Learn the foundations of investments and participate in industry training.
• Study for and take the FINRA SIE exam.
• Participate in group projects and job shadowing opportunities.
