Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is offering a Summer Analyst position in the Financial Advisor Development Program (FADP) within the Wealth Management division.

The nine-week introductory experience leads into a Full‑Time program, featuring a 21‑month phone-based Client Service Center role and focused professional development. You will gain exposure to client service fundamentals, investment foundations, and opportunities to study for the FINRA SIE exam, while being supported by mentors and leaders

Qualifications

Academic background with interest in providing exceptional client service and financial advice.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Relevant internship experience or leadership in school or community organizations.
Motivated with a passion for client service and a desire to obtain and pass the FINRA SIE.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment, but also work well independently.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

Learn the fundamentals of working with clients in a service-oriented role.
Learn the foundations of the investments we offer through in-depth industry training.
Receive dedicated time to study for and take the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam.
Participate in group projects and job shadowing opportunities.
