Qualifications

• Well-rounded academic background with interest in client service and financial advice.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Internship or leadership experience in school/community.
• Motivated to obtain and pass the FINRA SIE; able to work with clients over phone and in person.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, collaborative and independent settings.

Responsibilities

• Learn fundamentals of working with clients in a service-oriented role.
• Learn foundations of investments offered through industry training.
• Study for and take the FINRA SIE exam.
• Participate in group projects and job shadowing opportunities.
