Job summary

URBN Inc. via the Allocation team offers a 10-week summer internship in Philadelphia to gain hands-on experience in retail allocation and inventory strategy. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to support daily operations and contribute to a key business initiative.

The program runs 6/7–8/13 at the URBN Home Office in Philadelphia, with paid compensation and intern-focused events, plus opportunities for full-time interviews for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

Analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers and retail data.
Basic retail math concepts and data analysis interest.
Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional work.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

Daily Allocation & Execution: assist with initial product distributions and in-season store replenishment.
Reporting & Analysis: analyze weekly performance to monitor inventory levels and opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Planning, Buying, Operations, and Store Planning teams.
Store & Field Insights: participate in store visits to observe inventory management in action.
