Job summary

URBN is offering a Summer Internship Program at our Home Office in Philadelphia. The Retail Technology Intern will collaborate with project management, application development, and support teams on active initiatives affecting our brands’ store locations.

The program emphasizes hands-on testing, documentation, and project coordination, with exposure to how retail tech gets built, tested, and rolled out across URBN's brand portfolio. Applications close 5:00 PM EST on 10/30/2026.

Qualifications

• Experience at URBN retail store locations or other retailers is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple workstreams at once.
• Good communication skills and willingness to flag issues or ask questions.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies, testing processes, and project tools.
• Curiosity and creativity in applying AI tools to everyday work.

Responsibilities

• Support active retail technology projects and pilot programs—helping track scope, timelines, and store-level feedback.
• Assist with QA/testing for retail-facing applications during development cycles.
• Help manage intake and organize incoming requests across the Retail Technology team's project queue.
• Maintain and update documentation, meeting notes, and knowledge base articles used by support and store teams.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint reviews) with app development teams.
