Job summary

Mount Hermon Association Incorporated seeks an Adventure Guide for Kidder Creek to lead campers on river trips, ropes courses, rock climbing and wilderness expeditions. You will safeguard participants, manage gear, transport groups, and support program activities with a faith-centered approach.

Qualifications

• 1 year of college experience preferred.
• Must have CPR/FA certification prior to camp.
• River Guide School and Swift Water Rescue training required prior to summer.

Responsibilities

• Guide adventure trips on river, ropes course, and surrounding wilderness.
• Maintain and inspect river and adventure equipment; report damaged gear.
• Transport campers to activities and ensure safety during all river adventures.
• Lead debriefs and relate experiences to Biblical truths.
• Assist with food prep and host groups when activities are not operating.
