Job summary

Enterprise's Sales Management Internship offers university students real-world experience with the chance to learn business and leadership skills from day one. As a paid intern, you’ll tackle challenges alongside first- and second-year professionals in a team-based environment.

The program targets rising seniors graduating May 2028 and pays $18.00 per hour, with placement in Dover, Rehoboth, or Seaford, Delaware.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating by May 2028.
• Must be able to start in orientation classes on 5/26/2027 or 6/2/2027 and work through 8/13/2027.
• Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in customer service/leadership/sports leadership.
• Must be able to work 35-40 hours per week throughout the summer internship.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be living in Southern Delaware for the duration of the internship.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun. We are looking to hire rising Seniors for our Summer Sales Management Trainee Internship (Graduating by May 2028). This opportunity offers $18.00 per hour and is based in one of our Southern Delaware offices, including but not limited to Dover, Rehoboth and Seaford Delaware.

Responsibilities

When you join our Sales Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Sales Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers. During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating by May 2028.
• Must be able to start in one of our orientation classes on Wednesday, 5/26/2027 or Monday, 6/2/2027 and work through Friday 8/13/2027.
• Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in any of the following:
  • Customer Service: retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, social, or academic organizations
  • Sports Leadership & Competition: athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team
• Must be able to work at least 35-40 hours per week throughout the summer internship program.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be living in Southern Delaware for the duration of the internship.
