Job summary

Enterprise is offering a paid Sales Management Internship for rising seniors in Northern Delaware, with offices including Wilmington, Newark, Bear, and Middletown. The program provides hands-on experience in running a business and developing leadership skills.

You will work 35–40 hours per week during the summer, gain exposure to customer service, marketing, and fleet management, and have opportunities for performance incentives while earning $18.00 per hour.

• Must be able to start in orientation classes on 5/26/2027 or 6/2/2027 and work through 8/13/2027.

We are looking to hire rising Seniors for our Summer Sales Management Trainee Internship (Graduating by May 2028). This opportunity offers $18.00 per hour and is based in one of our Northern Delaware offices, including but not limited to Wilmington, New Castle, Newark, Bear or Middletown.

Responsibilities

When you join our Sales Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Sales Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers. During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to start in one of our orientation classes on Wednesday, 5/26/2027 or Monday, 6/2/2027 and work through Friday 8/13/2027.
• Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in any of the following:
  • Customer Service: retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, social, or academic organizations
  • Sports Leadership & Competition: athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team
• Must be able to work at least 35-40 hours per week throughout the summer internship program.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be living in Northern Delaware for the duration of the internship.
