Job summary

Enterprise’s Sales Management Internship offers college students real-world business and leadership experience. You’ll work 20–25 hours per week while graduating Spring 2027 and gain exposure to fleet management, customer care, and marketing.

This paid internship is based in Northern Delaware offices, including Wilmington, New Castle, Newark, Bear, or Middletown. From day one you’ll be treated like a member of the team, with mentoring, challenging projects, and opportunities to learn alongside

Qualifications

• Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating Spring 2027.
• Must be able to start Jan 4, 2027 and work through Mar 26, 2027.
• Must attend mandatory training on Jan 4 & Jan 7, 2027.
• Must have at least 3 months experience in customer service/leadership/sports leadership.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must work at least 20 hours/week for 12 weeks.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship).
• Must live in Northern Delaware for duration of internship.

Responsibilities

• Join the Sales Management Internship and develop skills in fleet management, customer care, and marketing strategies.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

We are seeking driven college students graduating in Spring 2027 who are available to work 20-25 hours per week throughout their final semester. This opportunity offers $18.00 per hour and is based in one of our Northern Delaware offices, including but not limited to Wilmington, New Castle, Newark, Bear or Middletown.

Responsibilities

When you join our Sales Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Sales Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating in Spring 2027.
• Must be able to start on Monday, January 4, 2027 and work through Friday, March 26, 2027.
• Must be able to attend a mandatory day of training on Monday, January 4th and Thursday, January 7, 2027.
• Must have a minimum of 3 months expeience in one of the following:
• Customer Service: retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
• Leadership: military, social, or academic organizations
• Sports Leadership & Competition: athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week throughout the 12 week spring internship program.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be living in Northern Delaware for the duration of the internship.
