Enterprise is offering a Sales Management Internship in Southern Delaware (Dover, Rehoboth, Seaford). You will work 20–25 hours per week during Spring 2027 while earning $18 per hour. The program places university students in hands-on roles alongside seasoned professionals in a collaborative, team-driven setting.

The internship runs for 12 weeks with start on January 4, 2027 and end on March 26, 2027. Eligible candidates must be graduating Spring 2027 and able to work in the United States

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating Spring 2027.
• Available to work 20-25 hours per week during final semester.
• Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in customer service or related fields.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be living in Southern Delaware for the duration of the internship.
• Must be able to start on Jan 4, 2027 and end by Mar 26, 2027.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. We are seeking driven college students graduating in Spring 2027 who are available to work 20-25 hours per week throughout their final semester. This opportunity offers $18.00 per hour and is based in one of our Southern Delaware offices, including Dover, Rehoboth and Seaford, Delaware.

Responsibilities

When you join our Sales Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we'll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Sales Management Trainees. We'll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you'll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating in Spring 2027.


• Must be able to start on Monday, January 4, 2027 and work through Friday, March 26, 2027.


• Must be able to attend a mandatory day of training on Monday, January 4th and Thursday, January 7, 2027.


• Must have a minimum of 3 months expeience in one of the following: Customer Service: retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry


• Leadership: military, social, or academic organizations


• Sports Leadership & Competition: athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team


• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license that is not in provisional or probationary status.


• Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week throughout the 12 week spring internship program.


• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.


• Must be living in Southern Delaware for the duration of the internship.
