Job summary

Enterprise's Summer Sales Management Trainee Internship is a paid, full-time program for rising seniors graduating by May 2028 in Philadelphia. From day one, you'll learn how to run a business and develop leadership, customer service and marketing skills while working 35–40 hours per week in a team-based setting.

You'll rotate through tasks that involve fleet management, customer care and relationship building, complete intern projects, and compete with peers.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating by May 2028.
• Must be able to start in orientation classes on 5/26/2027 or 6/2/2027 and work through 8/13/2027.
• Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in customer service, leadership, or related fields.
• Must be able to work 35-40 hours per week throughout the internship.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
• Must be living in the city of Philadelphia for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through roles to gain hands-on experience in fleet management, customer service, marketing, and relationship building.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly competition with peers.
• Potential eligibility for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

We are looking to hire rising Seniors for our Summer Sales Management Trainee Internship (Graduating by May 2028). This internship is full time, requiring 35-40 hours/week and is in one of our offices within the city of Philadelphia, offering a pay rate of $18.00 / hour.

Responsibilities

When you join our Sales Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Sales Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers. During our internship, you'll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

  • Customer Service: retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, social, or academic organizations
  • Sports Leadership & Competition: athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team
• Must be able to work at least 35-40 hours per week throughout the summer internship program.
• Must have a current and valid drivers license.
