Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Development Intern to support the real estate development process. You will assist with market analysis, financial modeling, and documentation for financing and tax credit applications, working with analysts, associates, and project partners.

This is a full-time, on-site internship in Atlanta, running from June 8, 2027 to August 20, 2027. You will contribute to project planning, construction administration, and due diligence, while gaining exposure to acquisition

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
Interest in real estate development or finance; affordable housing preferred.
Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Support market research and analysis for demographic trends, comps, rents, occupancy, and related factors.
Update financial models, cash flow projections, and analyses for development feasibility.
Assist with acquisitions by organizing financial, operational, market, and property data.
Compile documentation for financing and tax credit submissions and related requirements.
Maintain construction matrices, schedules, trackers, and project milestones.
