Job summary

Enterprise in Spokane, WA offers a paid Management Internship designed to build business and leadership skills for university students. You’ll join a team-based environment, handle real-world projects and learn what it takes to run a fleet and serve customers.

The 12-week, full-time program runs May 17–August 6 or June 14–September 3, 2027, with two round options. Pay is $18.00 per hour and interns may qualify for performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program set to graduate between July 2027 - June 2028.
• Minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Able to work 40 hours/week and commit to 12 weeks starting May 17, 2027 or June 14, 2027.
• Must attend a College/University in Washington state.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

This position offers hourly compensation of $18.00 per hour.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) 12 week program with 2 round options: May 17th, 2027 - August 6th, 2027 or June 14th, 2027 - September 3rd, 2027 ( Dates are non-negotiable ).

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
