Job summary

Enterprise’s Management Internship in Bellingham, WA offers university students hands-on business and leadership experience. The 12-week, full-time program runs 40 hours per week and places you in real-world challenges alongside seasoned professionals.

You will learn fleet management, customer service, marketing strategies, and relationship building while completing intern projects; compensation is $20 per hour and dates are May 17–Aug 6 or Jun 14–Sep 3, non-negotiable.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's program and set to graduate between July 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week for a 12-week commitment beginning May 17, 2027 or June 14, 2027.
• Must attend a College/University in Washington state.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. This position offers hourly compensation of $20.00 per hour.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) 12 week program with 2 round options: May 17th, 2027 - August 6th, 2027 or June 14th, 2027 - September 3rd, 2027 ( Dates are non-negotiable ).

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
