Enterprise’s Management Internship in Seattle invites a rising senior to join a paid, 12-week program designed to build business and leadership skills. The role runs 40 hours/week and offers real-world experience from day one among peers.

As an intern, you’ll tackle projects across customer service, marketing, and operations, and you’ll learn what it takes to run a successful fleet and a customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program
• Minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
• Able to work 40 hours/week and commit to 12 weeks starting May 17, 2027 or June 14, 2027
• Must attend a college/university in Washington state
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations/accidents in 3 years
• Authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun. This role is located in the Seattle, WA area and the surrounding counties include Downtown Seattle, University District, and Ballard. Below is the address to one of our flagship branch locations 1601 3rd Ave, Seattle, WA 98101. This position offers hourly compensation of $21.30 per hour. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) 12 week program with 2 round options: May 17th, 2027 - August 6th, 2027 or June 14th, 2027 - September 3rd, 2027 (Dates are non-negotiable).

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers. During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled in a full time Bachelors degree program for the upcoming semester at a college or university set to graduate between July 2027 - June 2028.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be able to to work 40 hours/week and make a 12 week commitment beginning either May 17th, 2027 or June 14th, 2027, depending on academic calendar.
• Must attend a College/University in Washington state.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
