Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Management Internship for students to learn business and leadership skills in a structured, team-based setting. You will tackle real-world challenges alongside full-time professionals and gain valuable experience that stands out on a resume.

As a paid intern, you’ll work a full-time 40-hour per week schedule at locations around South Denver and surrounding Colorado areas, with benefits and opportunities following graduation.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2028
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol conviction on driving record in past 5 years
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Must reside permanently in Colorado or attend college in Colorado

Responsibilities

• Rotate through management internship responsibilities and learn to manage a fleet of vehicles and serve customers
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition
• Potential eligibility for performance incentives and employee referral rewards

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
