Job summary

Enterprise invites university students to join the Management Internship at multiple Colorado locations, including Thornton and nearby areas. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing projects and learning leadership skills with a team-based approach.

The paid internship offers a 40-hour workweek and opportunities for long-term career growth after graduation. A strong emphasis is placed on practical learning and real-world challenges from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be rising senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must reside permanently in Colorado or attend college in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Support management interns with diverse business tasks and projects.
• Develop leadership and teamwork skills in a hands-on, real-world environment.
• Engage in projects related to fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategy.
• Participate in performance incentives and referral rewards programs.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
