Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a university student for its Management Internship in Colorado. You will learn business management by working with the same challenges as entry-level professionals and support teams across various functions, from fleet management to customer service and marketing.

The paid internship offers 40 hours per week, competitive hourly pay, employee discounts, and opportunities for future career growth after graduation.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years (i.e. DWI/DUI).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must reside permanently in Colorado or attend College/University in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Internship Program to work in a team-based environment and learn to manage a fleet of vehicles, assist customers, and support marketing efforts.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers; potential performance incentives and employee referrals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to learn management skills and build strong relationships with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
