Job summary

Enterprise is offering a paid Management Internship in Colorado with a 40-hour workweek. You will gain hands-on experience managing a fleet, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, and building customer and coworker relationships.

You will complete intern projects, compete with peers, and may qualify for performance incentives and referral rewards; must be a rising senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (i.e. DWI/DUI).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must reside permanently in Colorado or attend College/University in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Join our Management Internship Program and learn to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, and develop marketing strategies while building relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition.
