Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in Plano, TX invites university students to join the Management Internship to build business and leadership skills. You’ll work in a team-based environment, taking on challenges similar to entry-level professionals and gaining real-world experience.

This paid summer internship runs June 1, 2027 through August 6, 2027, is full-time 40 hours per week, and pays $17 per hour. Placement may include opportunities across Plano and surrounding North Texas communities.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2028.
• Must have valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in intern projects centered on fleet management and customer service.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Engage in friendly competition and strive for performance incentives.
• Learn what it takes to run a successful business in a team-based environment.

This Management Internship opportunity is located within our Plano market and may support branch locations throughout Plano, Frisco, The Colony, Little Elm, West Collin County, and surrounding North Texas communities. Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities throughout the market.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
