Enterprise Mobility/Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Plano, TX offers an Enterprise Management Internship to immerse university students in real-world business and leadership experiences. It runs with a full-time 40-hour per week schedule from June 1, 2027 through August 6, 2027 and pays $17 per hour.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2028.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and customer engagement during the internship.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Potential eligibility for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

This Management Internship opportunity is located within our Plano market and may support branch locations throughout Plano, Frisco, The Colony, Little Elm, West Collin County, and surrounding North Texas communities. Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities throughout the market.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
