Job summary

Enterprise Mobility, a division of Enterprise Holdings, is recruiting for its Management Training Internship Program for Spring 2027 in the Dallas area. As an intern you will explore sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations while receiving training, mentoring, and a clear career path.

You'll join a team-driven environment with opportunities for advancement after graduation, including paid milestones, performance rewards, and long-term career possibilities

Qualifications

• Senior enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2027.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

This Management Trainee Internship opportunity is located within our Dallas Metro market and may support branch locations throughout Downtown Dallas, Oak Lawn, Knox-Henderson, East Dallas, Mesquite, Garland, Rowlett, Rockwall, Sachse, Forney, Terrell, DeSoto, Lancaster, Cedar Hill, Waxahachie, Midlothian, Red Oak, Dallas County, Kaufman County, Ellis County, and surrounding North Texas communities. Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities throughout the greater Dallas market.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we'll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We'll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you'll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
