Job summary

Enterprise in Midland, TX is offering a Management Internship for university students to gain real-world leadership experience. You’ll rotate through tasks that build skills in fleet management, customer relations, and marketing strategies, with projects and performance incentives.

This full-time, paid internship runs May 24, 2027 through August 13, 2027, at $18 per hour. Qualified applicants are Seniors graduating in 2027 and enrolled in a full-time BS program, with at least three months

Qualifications

• Senior graduating by August or December 2027 and enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program.
• Minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug/alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must live in Midland, TX, Odessa, TX, or surrounding area.

The Enterprise Management Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
