Job summary

Enterprise is seeking university students for a Management Internship in the Tyler, TX area. This paid internship runs May 2027 through August 2027, pays $14 per hour, and places interns at multiple branches in Tyler.

You’ll gain real-world experience, work in a team, and tackle projects similar to trainee roles while learning leadership and management. Responsibilities include handling fleet management tasks, customer interactions, marketing planning, and building professional relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior enrolled full-time for the upcoming semester with graduation date no later than May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with availability to start from the first day of training in May.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Enterprise Management Internship program to learn business and leadership skills.
• Work on projects related to fleet management, customer service, marketing strategies and internal relationships.

The Enterprise Summer Internship Program will take place May 2027 - August 2027 and pays $14 / hour.

This role will be located at multiple branches in the Tyler, TX area.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
